5 neighbors gathered after a community meeting about the Lawrence & Benton HomeKey project

SCHA dropped over 2000 fliers in the neighborhood, organized residents, and educated decision makers

APRIL 25

At the City Council meeting, SCHA gave a presentation based on facts, and an unprecedented number of supporters spoke during public comment

Santa Clara City Council voted to move forward with the Lawrence & Benton HomeKey project

Santa Clara Housing Advocates is a grassroots group of local residents working towards sustainable and practical solutions to the housing crisis in our city in order to improve quality of life for all individuals and communities in Santa Clara.

THE MORAL GOOD

Our leaders have the responsibility to do the right thing for everyone who lives in this city, not just the ones with housing

It's time to move beyond words and show commitment to making things better with actions
